The folding belt filter is prone to clogging. In the solid-liquid separation process, both belt and centrifugal dehydrators, as well as plate and frame dehydrators, are prone to clogging. For many years, innovative solutions without fundamental roots have emerged, which seems to be an impossible problem for the industry to solve. In order to prevent blockages, the above-mentioned models can only use a large amount of water for flushing, which not only causes waste of water sources, but also increases the burden on the internal circulation of sewage treatment with a large amount of flushing water. And once blocked, it must be shut down for maintenance, causing the dehydrator to be unable to operate continuously, which affects the normal production and operation of the enterprise or society. Our company's stacked screw sludge dewatering machine adopts the design principle of multi overlapping plate spiral pressure filtration. The filtering device consists of a fixed ring and a moving ring, which is driven to rotate by the rotation of the spiral shaft, continuously cleaning the dirt in the gap and completely preventing blockage.
Gravity dehydration of folding belt filter:
After the screening process, most of the free water is removed, and then the sludge with relatively low solid content is evenly dispersed on the filter belt. As the filter belt runs, most of the remaining free water in the sludge will be removed, and a part of the water will be dehydrated under the action of gravity during operation.
Pressure dewatering of folding belt filter:
After gravity dewatering, the sludge is transported to the filter belt. Without side leakage, it passes through a series of fixed width rollers according to the width of the filter belt, gradually increasing the pressure to make the sludge more thoroughly dehydrated. Then, it passes through a high-pressure shear zone to further dehydrate the sludge. The gradient change of pressure is used to make the sludge better dehydrated. Finally, the sludge is completely discharged to obtain sludge with relatively low moisture content. Finally, the sludge cake is removed for treatment.
